石英砂产品介绍：

     石英砂是石英石经破碎加工而成的石英颗粒，石英石是一种非金属矿物质，是一种坚硬、耐磨、化学性能稳定的硅酸盐矿物，其主要矿物成分是SiO2，石英砂的颜色为乳白色、或无色半透明状，莫氏硬度7，[1]  石英砂是重要的工业矿物原料，非化学危险品，广泛用于玻璃、铸造、陶瓷及防火材料、冶炼硅铁、冶金熔剂、冶金、建筑、化工、塑料、橡胶、磨料、滤料等工业。 

石英砂滤料特点：

     石英砂滤料无杂质，抗压耐磨，机械强度高，化学性能稳定，截污能力强，效益高、使用周期长，适用于单层、双层过滤池、过滤器和离子交换器中，各项指标均达到（CJ/T43-2005）标准。加工有精制石英砂，纯白石英砂，酸处理剂，普通石英砂，可满足不同用户的使用需求。 常用规格：0.5-1.0mm 0.6-1.2mm 1-2mm 2-4mm 4-8mm 8-16mm 16-32mm。

石英砂滤料分类：

      石英砂作为过滤料的应用，石英砂是与过滤容器结合，用于截留水中悬浮物胶体等颗粒杂质，从而起到过滤作用。 主要可分为以下几类：

      1、普通石英砂滤料：主要用在污水处理中，用三五年都没问题，只要防止石英砂流失就行，被污染了不要紧，因为污水处理中，污泥可以进行好氧或者厌氧呼吸，将污水中的污染物降解。

      2、 精制石英砂滤料：用在纯水处理中，在砂滤器中，一般2到3年就要更换，通常被污染后，污染物包住石英砂就不能再起到很好的过滤作用了，只能更换。石英砂滤料通过Iso9001-2000质量体系认证。 

在中性及值在范围内的酸性水中都很稳定，但在碱性水中有微溶解，化学水处理中SiO2增量不超过2mg/L。

石英砂用途 ： 

     石英砂是重要的工业矿物原料，非化学危险品，广泛用于玻璃、铸造、陶瓷及耐火材料、冶炼硅铁、冶金熔剂、冶金、建筑、化工、塑料、橡胶、磨料等工业。可汽运，火车运输。
