超导暖气片不同传统意义上的暖气片片内不用水，而是注入超导材料,片内处于真空状态下，具有启动温度低、传导快（将超导暖气片放在热水中，只需几秒钟的时间就能全部热起来），温度高（用加热超导暖气片，整个表面可达 80℃以上高温），节水80%以上（整个超导散热器没有水，只需将锅炉和管线加满水即可），具有安装简便，省时省料，耐腐蚀，使用寿命长，安全可靠，节能环保等优点。 因此超导暖气片的工作环境一般为干烧。一般使用单头电热管，管径一般使用16mm，6分丝扣法兰，上面带有温控（具体温度根据客户需要，一般为70℃）。

具有升温快，工作温度≤450℃。 用途：塑料成型模具、C02减压装总成、卷烟机、快速封口机、制药机械等。 电压：12-250V 功率：6-8W/cm2（有效发热区表面积）
