1. Performance
无碱膨体纱覆膜玻璃纤维过滤布是在特殊表面处理玻璃纤维基布上覆合多微孔聚四氟乙烯薄膜制成的新型过滤材料，具有高强低伸、耐高温、耐腐蚀、表面光滑、憎水透气、化学稳定性好等优良特性。它几乎可以截留含尘气流中的全部粉尘，而且能在不增加运行阻力的情况下保证气流的最大通量，是理想的烟气过滤材料。
Non alkali bulked yarn and membrane glass fiber filter cloth is a new type of filter material manufactured by covering multi-microporosity polytetrafluoroethylene membrane on the special-treated glass fiber base cloth. It has high strength, low elongation, corrosion resistance, smooth surface, water repellent, and good air permeability and chemical stability. It can almost stop all the dust in the dusty airflow. Also, it can guarantee the flux peak of airflow without increasing any running resistance, so it is a desirable material for flue gas filtration.
