三、工作原理
油烟经过烟罩及排风管道，由进风口经过金属过滤网油烟被阻挡均分流进入电场极板，在静电高压电场作用下，油烟颗粒被荷电，带荷电油粒，通过静电高压电场时向收集电极板聚集，从油烟气中被分离，微小的油烟颗粒在自身重力作用下附到集体的油盘上通过排油阀门排出。
