可膨胀石墨简介

可膨胀石墨是天然鳞片石墨经化学处理、高温膨胀后可获得石墨“蠕虫”,体积可膨胀100-600倍。它具有质轻、导电导热性能好、耐高温、耐酸碱腐蚀、回弹性好、润滑性、可塑性、无毒性和化学稳定性等优良特性，被誉为世界“密封之王”。
    应用:
    1.是做石墨烯，各种导电和导热材料的原料等。

2.是做高导热高导电的理想材料
   3.防火阻燃领域，用于防火密封条，建筑领域的防火封堵，防火板、防火纸，用于阻燃塑料，阻燃防静电涂料。

  4. 用作高能电池材料及环保领域的吸附材料。
   5.是钢铁工业的防氧保温发热剂的主要原料之一，还可用于隔热隔音材料、防火安全材料、屏蔽材料。

    碳量:90%-99.5%

    膨胀倍数:150ml/g--600ml/g.

    Expandable graphite is the natural flake graphite with chemically treatment , after high temperature expansion ,becomes"graphite worms", the expansion volume is from 100 to 350 times. It is light, with good electrical conductivity and thermal resistance, thermostability, acid and alkali corrosion resistance, good elastic resilience, lubricity, plasticity, non-toxicity and chemical stability, known as the world "king of seals".
    Uses:
1. In the sealing industry , as a flame retardant seal material can be made into flexible graphite roll or sheet, graphite composite sheet, gasket and so on.
2. In flame retardant area, for fire proof sealing strip, construction fireproof plugging, fire board, fireproof paper, used in flame retardant plastic, flame retardant antistatic coatings.
3. Used as a high energy battery materials and environmental protection fields of adsorption materials.
4. It is one of the main raw materials of oxygen-proof insulation heating agent in the iron and steel industry, it also can be used as thermal and sound insulating materials, fireproof safe materials, shielding materials.
